Flavor Profile: Light essence of caramel, subtle hints of honey. Wonderful roasted undertones. 

One of the staff favorites, this tea looks nearly as wonderful as it tastes. Golden Monkey is essentially the black tea equivalent of Silver Needle and is highly sought after due to its smooth, non-astringent flavor. Regardless of steep time or temperature, this tea will not become astringent (we've tried, it is simply impossible to brew incorrectly).
